Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s),
The following is a list of items that your child will require for this coming school year:
- Inside running shoes (for phys. ed., non-marking)
- Regular size school bag
- Lunch kit and re-usable water bottle
- Children's scissors
- 2 boxes of Kleenex
- 5 plastic grocery bags
- 4 glue sticks
- Erasers
- Markers (Crayola preferred)
- Pencil crayons
- Pencil sharpener
- 1 pkg. of highlighters
- Pencils
- Pencil case
- Tea towel in lunch box daily
- Change of clothes that can remain at school (in case of an emergency)
- Headphones to use with technology
- Towel to sit on for outdoor learning
- 1 large zipper pouch from the Dollar Store for reading logs and notes home
- Writing notebook
- 1 playdough
In the interest of keeping spaces at school free of clutter, please refrain from sending any other items. There may be a few additional items that will be required specific to your classroom teacher’s suggestions, but the list of items will get you started.
Please make sure that you label all of your child’s items with permanent marker (especially clothing).
